ActiveO, LLC is an innovative spine technology company focused on the development and delivery of minimally invasive, image-guided therapies to treat back pain. Since the company’s inception in 2004, ActiveO scientists and physician research collaborators have developed promising technologies with the goal of eliminating or reducing back pain. It is our hope that these technologies may someday provide conventional back surgery alternatives and pain relief for millions of people around the world with compressed or herniated discs.

ActiveO’s corporate headquarters is located in Incline Village, Nevada. The company’s research and development facility is located in suburban Salt Lake City, Utah.
